Price list 2025

Info when booking with half board:
With half board there is no dinner on Thursdays (from the beginning of May to the end of October).
The dinner will then be deducted from the final bill.

Children can stay in their parents' room:

children up to 3 years of age            10,00€
60% discount for children age 3 to 6,9
50% discount for children age 7 to 13,9
25% discount for children age 14 to 16,9

These prices are per person and per day plus local tax of 2,10€ and for a minimum stay of 3 days.

The local tax revenue will be used for the development and maintenance of infrastructures and the organization of several events. The local tax will be charged per person and night and levied by the owner of the house.

Almencard Gitschberg Jochtal

Your advantage card (also called South Tyrol Guest Pass) will be sent directly to your e-mail address by the establishment of your choice. If you prefer a printed copy, or do not have access to your e-mail, they can print it out and hand it to you when you check in. Your advantage card is valid for the entire duration of your stay, from midnight on the day of arrival until 11:59 pm on the day of departure.

Almencard holders are granted a free daily ascent and descent on the Gitschberg and Jochtal lifts in selected summer periods (29.05. - 11.07.2025 & 15.09. - 04.11.2025), as well as the opportunity to take part in a well-rounded leisure and activity programme at special prices, and also receive special conditions at affiliate businesses.

Both the Almencard can be used for their entire validity period to travel for free on all public transport in South Tyrol:

• Regional trains across South Tyrol (Brenner to Trento, Mals to Vierschach)
• Local buses including ski buses in the winter season
• The Mühlbach-Meransen lift (until 23.03.2025 – replaced by a bus service after that date), as well as the Bozen-Ritten, Bozen-Kohlern, Vilpian-Mölten and Burgstall-Vöran lifts 
• The Ritten narrow-gauge railway and the Mendel pass funicular
• The Almbus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp 

When you spend your vacation with us, you can relax at the Alpinpool Meransen adventure swimming facilities for only € 3,00. And you get discounts for the sauna.

Advance partial payment: 30% of the total amount is due when booking. Please always include your name and the word "Angeld" (= "advance partial payment") as the reason.

Cancellation policy:

• The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer's Code is not contemplated; however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
• For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
• For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Prices for school groups or family groups, up on request.

Dog : € 10.00 per day (without food).

In consideration of the other guests, we must inform you that pets are not allowed in the dining room.

Your rooms will be available for use starting at 1:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and are reserved for you until 10:00 a.m. on the day of your scheduled departure.
